Steve is a wonderful teacher who is dedicated and has a very high level of competence on the piano.
He uses a variety of methods for teaching, depending on the kind of music and the student.  For example, for my jazz piano lessons, he had me use the drums to help teach several aspects of the music. 

 In that regard, he is a highly versatile musician with excellent skills on the drums, the guitar, and other instruments, and teaches these as well as the piano.  Steve is very patient. He is a kind and enthusiastic person, with a great sense of humor, and is very happy to accommodate the learning needs of his students.  I highly recommend him as a keyboard teacher!
